The
Ultimate Blackjack Tournament Airing on CBS With poker dominating the television ratings today, blackjack is ready for it’s turn in the spotlight and the upcoming television show “The Ultimate Blackjack Tournament” will determine whether or not the house comes up on top. CBS has their chips on the table and they are hoping America gets blackjack with their upcoming gambling show The Ultimate Blackjack Tournament, which starts airing on Sept. 16. It will air every Saturday before college football starts and The Ultimate Blackjack Tournament is scheduled for 10 weeks. The Game Show Network has tried to enter into the blackjack arena, but they have not had much success. "They haven't
figured out how to do it on TV yet," explained blackjack expert
Brett Granstaff. "They're going to have to figure out a way to
make it more exciting (for TV). Poker has that dramatic irony, where
we know what both players have, and we want to see if that person's
going to be an idiot or not." |
